Purpose of the Commission
Transfer applications;
- Evaluation
according to objective criteria,
- Ensuring
academic equivalence and quota eligibility,
- To
ensure that the processes are carried out in accordance with the legislation
of the Council of Higher Education and university regulations.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities
A. Application Evaluation
- Prerequisite
Check:
- CGPA
(Minimum 2.00/4.00), no disciplinary punishment, failed course limit (≤3)
- Curriculum
Alignment Analysis:
- Content/credit/ECTS
compatibility of the courses in the transferred institution (At least 70%
overlap)
B. Quota and Registration Management
- Quota
Determination:
Based on the current student ratio (Max 10%) and taking into
account the laboratory capacity
2. Registration
Completion:
Preparing an adjustment program for missing courses and processing them into OBS
- Justification
for refusal:
- Item-by-item
explanation in writing (e.g. "Course X: 45 ECTS incompatible")
- Appeal
Mechanism:
- The
applicant's right to object with an
additional document/exam within 7 working days
- Transparent
Listing:
- Publication
of acceptance/rejection lists on the official website with encrypted PDF
