Purpose of the Commission

of previous education (horizontal/vertical transfer, YKS, international
equivalence),
- Evaluation
of course exemption requests according to objective criteria,
- To
ensure the efficiency of educational processes by preventing the loss of
academic rights.

YÖK/YÖKAK criteria
- Equivalence
Criteria:
- The
course at the previous institution; content, credits, and practice hours
overlap with the current schedule by at least 75%
- Special
Assessment in Technical Courses:
- Practical
exam/interview requirement for courses such as programming
languages (Java/Python/C#), database management
